Commission Details
Below, you'll find the Size Guide, showcasing a comparison between our Small and Medium sizes. If you’re seeking larger doll sizes, just let us know your desired dimensions and share a reference of your character. We'll provide you with a detailed price list.
Kindly note:
1) The height is measured from the bottom of the foot to the top of the head. Bewitching elements like ears, horns, and more may add extra height to the doll.
2) Any body type and proportions might be created. What you see in this guide is just an example. We can weave magic to perfectly match your character, making it a truly one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
3) Our prices vary from doll to doll, enchantingly reflecting the complexity of each design. Complicated designs with many details and extra pieces like wings, hairstyles etc. require additional hours of crafting and more materials. The price can be changed accordingly.
4) For an additional cost, we can make a variety of accessories. From delightful clothes to charming hats, and even mystical bags, we can weave the purrfect accessories to add an extra touch of magic to your cherished creation.
Terms and Conditions
1) When placing an order, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot in our enchanting workshop. This deposit is used to procure the materials needed to create your unique character. If you decide to cancel your order, please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
When your art doll is complete, we kindly ask for the remaining 50% payment before we ship your parcel. Only when the invoice is paid in full, will your magical creation set off on its journey to you.
2) We want nothing more than to weave your dreams into reality and create the purrfect piece of art that reflects your heart’s desires. That's why we show Work-in-Progress (WIP) to our customers. Your thoughts and wishes are the stars that guide us through the creative cosmos, so please provide us your detailed feedback.
3) Our working process has a few stages, and each stage is accompanied by the WIPs:

We show you an unfinished piece of the project (let's say it's the snout) without details.

We show you the finished piece with details, not baked yet.

We show you a few WIPs during the coloring of the piece.

We varnish all the details.

We sew the body and connect all the pieces together.
We move on to the next stage only after you have accepted the result of the previous stage. So you have the right to request changes to the project, but only specific ones for specific stages. For example: If you confirm the first and second stages, we bake the piece and start coloring it. But suddenly, if you change your mind about the shape of the snout and ask us to change it, we can't do that. The piece has already been baked, and there's no way back. You might consider making another order, of course, but it's better to be attentive 🩷
4) At Meowich’s Magic, we cherish the sanctity of creativity and respect the uniqueness of every character. We will not bring to life a character that is not your very own, without written permission.

By default, we use PostNord for shipping our art dolls. Based in Sweden, PostNord provides reliable and efficient delivery services. We carefully pack each art doll to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

The estimated delivery time for our art dolls is typically 1-2 weeks from the date they were sent. However, please note that factors such as holidays and Christmas season may affect shipping times. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during these busy periods.
3. Free Shipping:
We are pleased to offer free shipping for orders totaling 300 euros or more. This applies to both domestic and international orders. Enjoy the added benefit of complimentary shipping!

To ensure prompt delivery, it is crucial that you provide accurate and complete shipping details. Please double-check the accuracy of your name, address, and contact information before finalizing your order. When placing an order, a 50% deposit (applicable to custom orders) is required as a reservation fee. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your custom order.

While we carefully prepare and package your order, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. The delivery process is beyond our control, but we will provide support and assistance to help resolve any issues that may arise.
3. Package Damage:
In the unfortunate event of damage caused by factors like mishandling during shipping or extreme weather conditions, Meowich's Magic cannot be held responsible. However, we are committed to doing our best to assist you in fixing any broken parts.
In certain cases, we may pursue compensation from the postal service on your behalf.
4. Inappropriate Use:
It's important to handle and use our handmade art dolls and keychains with care. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any damage resulting from inappropriate use, such as dropping, throwing, excessively squeezing delicate parts, exposing them to water, or giving them to young children or animals.
